1/ 6×6″ piece of heavy designer card stock crease and fold at 3″ both ways and across corner to corner each way.
On the lower part of the paper, cut up the middle fold just half way to 3″ mark, then fold the corners up.
Fold in half to create a little book. Punch a hole in the opening side of the book and put a grommett in its place.
This is to put a ribbon through.
Make 6 little tags cutting them 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ corner round each corner and grommet a corner and tie some light weight string or ribbon through it. You can ink the tags or stamp them as you like. I used a StampinUp roller stamp with a lacy pattern.
Cut a scallop circle with a punch or die cut 2-1/2″ and a strip of paper 1-1/4″ x 12″ long and fan fold it. Using a cutter you can score the 12″ piece 1/4″ down the piece and then fan fold it and tape it together to make the circle.
Place it with hot glue flat on the scallop circle tight together and then embellish it as you please. Glue it with hot glue to the front of the tag booklet. Any questions feel free to contact me.
